Nur Islamic School of Louisville is a non-profit organization and has been serving
the community for over 11 years. It was founded in 1999 by the parents and
community. It has progressed through destitutions and now has a Huge Remodeled Facility with 16 x Spacious
classrooms Equipped with Projectors, Computer
Lab, Science Lab, JCPS e-School Program, Fully
Equipped Kitchen, Large Cafeteria, Day Care and Free/ Reduced Lunch
Program (Coming Soon).
We offer an exceptional education
that is to learn and live Islam. Our faculty of experienced teachers is
dedicated to prepare our brilliant students for success in all aspects of life.
Our emphasis is to address and accommodate versatile individual needs of our
young ones. We educate youth with the help of state of art teaching tools and
integrated technology. Our academic and spiritual programs focus on effective
teaching-learning process.
Our school offers multi-cultural learning through mutual respect and
cooperation, which not only represents Islamic attributes but also is in
conjunction with state/county education regulations. We strive to assure safe
and compassionate learning environment by developing firm monitoring policies
and procedures. We maintain a low student to teacher
ratio for the best results. We are resolute to have a better school
culture and a youth in sync with Islamic values and outstanding qualities.
We also have an Early
Childhood Center that serves children from six weeks to five years of age.
Our Center is fully licensed by the state and we meet or exceed state
staff-to-child ratios. Our staff is CPR and First Aid Certified.
They actively participate in extensive hours of professional
development and training. We
are member of and accept 4Cs (Community Coordinated Child Care)
subsidy
payments.
