ABOUT NUR ISLAMIC SCHOOL OF LOUISVILLE
Nur Islamic School of Louisville is a non-profit organization and has been serving the Kentuckiana community for over 11 years. NISL was founded in 1999 with the effort of parents and community members who wanted a school that would provide an environment for their children to learn and live Islam.
In its first year, NISL offered classes for students in Kindergarten through second grade. Since then, NISL has grown to include Pre-Kindergarten classes, Elementary, Middle, and High School (through JCPS E-School).
