Highlights of Achievements in 2014-2015:
For the third year in a row, our middle school students have advanced to the regionals in Governor's Cup!
Our middle school Future Problem Solving Team (FPS) in Governor's Cup tied for first place In addition to our school placing first in Future Problem Solving (FPS), we placed second overall and third in Quick Recall.
The following students scored in the following placements:
Tasneem Vineyard: 5th in Writing Composition
Farhiya Awale: 5th in Language Arts
Fateemah Muhammad: 1st in Writing Composition
Maraya Mohamedou: 3rd in Language Arts and 5th in Arts and Humanitites
Maryam Vineyard: 1st in Math and 2nd in Written Composition
Rana Elamir: 5th in Science
Our Future Problem Solving team: Maryam Vineyeard, Fateemah Muhammad, Farhiya Awale, and Mansur Estes
We are very very proud of their academic accomplishments and they always represent our school so well with their outstanding character and sportsmanship!
Highlights of Achievements in 2015-2016:
Fifth consecutive year of our Governor's Cup team advancing to Regionals.
Middle School Future Problem Solving (FPS) Team win First Plce in District against St. Martha, Louisville Classical Academy, and Newburg Middle School. This is their second consecutive year of winning First Place.

In Written Assessment, the top five placements go on to the Regional Governor's Cup on February 9th and 13th. The the following students won placement and will be advancing to Regional Governor's Cup:
Sabah Hamid (6th Grade) - 5th in Science
Maraya Mohamedou (7th Grade) - 5th in Arts and Humanities
Fateemah Muhammad (8th Grade) - 5th in Composition
